Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo is paying a two-day official visit to Kosovo.
Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces, Major General Jeronim Bazo was received by the Commander of Kosovo Security Force (KSF), General Lieutenant Kadri Kastrati.
The two homologues shared common views on further strengthening cooperation in the field of defense between the Albanian Armed Forces (AAF) and the KSF. General Bazo also expressed his utmost appreciation for the achievements so far and the declaration of a force with full operational capacity, achievement which is also estimated by NATO during 2013. General Bazo during this meeting guaranteed General Kastrati that Albania will continue to support the KSF in the areas of education and training, as well as he has evaluated efforts for the integration of KSF in regional initiatives.
Further more the agenda of the Chief of General Staff of Armed Forces of RoA, Major General Jeronim Bazo, went on with a special meeting with the Minister of KSF, Mr. Agim Çeku, where General Bazo has evaluated the work done by KSF and the American side and the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, for the Strategic Review of the Defense sector.
The Chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the RoA Major General Jeronim Bazo, met with the President of Kosovo, Mrs. Atifete Jahjaga during today.
