"Dear soldiers, NCOs, officers and civilian employees of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania!
On the occasion of the traditional holiday of New Year, it is my pleasure and honor to convey the warmest and most cordial wishes to all members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania.
I also wish to convey a special wish for the military serving in peacekeeping missions abroad, in Afghanistan, Kosovo and Bosnia & Herzegovina, as well as for their families.
