During her greeting speech the Defence Minister Olta Xhaçka,  after thanking the graduates for successfully completing the 11th Senior Course on Security and Defense praised the contribution of the Training and Doctrine Command for the preparation and development of this prestigious course on Security and Defense issues.

“I believe we can all be proud that, in its 11th year, this course, the only regional course accredited by the Allied Command Transformation, has not only enhanced its quality, but has succeeded in consolidating itself as a prestigious course, the highest in the education hierarchy in the field of Defense. This course goes beyond simply preparing a number of students in the field of Defense. It is the product of all our efforts to establish a truly modern and quality military education system as it pertains to a modern army of a NATO member country. We are working a lot to create structures and logistics, we've done a lot to increase funding, and we still have a lot to do for what is probably the most difficult but also the most essential element, without question, building the academic and human capacity needed for such a difficult enterprise” - said Minister Xhaçka.
