Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Assoc. Prof. Bajram Begaj received in a courtesy meeting Colonel Fabrice Duda, on the occasion of the completion of his duty as French Defence Attaché, as well as Colonel Nicolas Coussiere, newly appointed to this duty. During the meeting, Major General Assoc. Prof. Begaj praised the efforts and work of Colonel Duda, to increasing the cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense. Also, Major General Begaj after wishing Colonel Coussiere success in his task, assured him for the readiness of the Albanian Armed Forces to deepen cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of military education.

15,401 small and light weapons confiscated or collected through ongoing awareness campaigns were dismantled at the Gramsh Plant.
The process was inspected by the Defence Deputy Minister Dallëndyshe Bici, Deputy Home Affairs Minister, at the same time Chairman of the National SALW Commission (Small Arms and Light Weapons) Besfort Lamallari, members of the National SALW Commission from various institutions and independent agencies, embassies’ representatives.
In the premises of the Military Police Battalion in Rinas, was held the Table Tennis Championship of the Albanian Armed Forces for 2021, where eight teams took place, representing the main forces and autonomous units such as Land Force, Naval Force, Air Force, Support Command, Military Police, TRADOC, CISA, Armed Forces General Staff Support Battalion.
In this championship the teams were divided into two groups and the teams that made it in the first and second place were qualified in the finale. The finale of the championship was attended by the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Manushaqe Shehu, accompanied by the President of the Albanian National Olympic Committee, Mr. Fidel Ylli and the secretary of the Shooting Federation, Mrs. Eda Çaushi.
